Did a little lawn work. Have a guy who cuts/trims and blows every other week for $40. I have had a nibble on selling the Panama City Beach Condo, looks like about $87,000 for something that cost me $170,000 in 2007. Property market will take 15 yrs to recover to those prices. Hope to sell it in a few weeks.
